DeltaStock Broker Alert

On May 2nd, 2024, Cryptotrace received notice about a potential scam through its CRM system. IOSCO also reported that this might be a fraud case. The broker in question is DeltaStock, a Bulgaria-based firm offering a variety of financial tools for trading, including Forex, shares, commodities, indices, and crypto CFDs. The company was established in 1998 and is regulated by the FSC (Financial Supervision Commission). Reviews on platforms like Trustpilot show mixed feelings with some users praising the platform’s ease of use, quick deposits and withdrawals, and responsive customer support, while others expressed issues such as unwanted marketing calls and difficulties with fund withdrawals.

Deltastock addressed some of the negative reviews by clarifying the confusion between their services and those of a similarly named entity, advising customers to verify the legal status and registration of any brokerage service they intend to use. That being said, DeltaStock’s regulation is weak and doesn’t offer the same level of investor protection as other financial institutions.

Investors should conduct thorough research and consider both positive and negative feedback before making a decision.

If you were scammed by this broker, collect all communication records (emails, chats), and bank statements, and file a report with your local law enforcement agency.

Consider submitting a complaint with Cryptotrace. They can assist you with further investigation and facilitate the process of fund recovery.
